Standard support is available Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Premium support extends these hours to 7am-7pm. Enterprise customers have access to 24/7 emergency support for critical issues.

Response times vary by support plan: Standard support requests are addressed within 24 hours during business days, Premium support within 4 hours, and Enterprise critical issues within 1 hour. All support plans prioritize system-down issues.
